Bus Stop Abduction

By Amy Wood
Friday, February 23, 2007

Another child abducted. This time it’s a bus stop in Florida, where the kidnapper grabbed the kid that was closest.  The 13 year old was gone for a few hours, before the suspect let him go. Perhaps it was the pressure of the amber alert and the nationwide hunt for the child that launched within hours of the abduction.  But the fact that another child, was grabbed at gunpoint, just trying to go to school, begs the question, what do we have to do to keep our kids safe these days?  Join the conversation below. I’ll see you at Ten on Your CW.

I think that a parent or guardian needs to volunteer their time to wait at a bus stop until the children are picked up or dropped off.
