I think its every homeowners fear.  It’s not top of mind.  But it’s probably crossed your mind.

What if you came home to a scene like Clemson Baseball coach Jack Legget?

His burned out dream home, an image that takes your breath, knowing they were out of town.  They came home to see a disaster that will probably take weeks to fully comprehend.

Everyone likes to say stuff doesn’t matter.  And it really doesn’t.  But it still stinks to lose it.  Especially the memories.  The pictures.  The sentimental treasures that mean nothing to anyone else.

Our hearts go out to this family and so many others in our community who’ve been faced with every thing they own, going up in smoke and flames.

So how would you handle it?  Post your comments here and in CW LIVE CHAT.

it really isn’t the stuff that you miss if something like this happens, it’s really the replacing of the daily things that you can’t live without that makes it the hardest. Thankfully they have all the family members and not one died. A life can’t be replaced. Our heart goes out to the coach and his family
