A friend emailed me a very funny look at life over 40. It’s written for women, and it claims the author is none other than CBS 60 Minutes funny guy Andy Rooney.
But I did a little research and discovered that isn’t true. here’s the link.
Don’t know who wrote it. But it’s pretty funny.
Here’s a couple of quotes of why the writer values women over 40 most of all.
“A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, ‘What are you thinking?’ She doesn’t care what you think.
If a woman over 40 doesn’t want to watch the game, she doesn’t sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it’s usually more interesting.
Women over 40 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won’t hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it.”

I must have started early - I am only 33 and have been married to my husband since I was 20 (and we dated 5 years before we got married.) I am everything above and more! Maybe it is the length of time you are with someone and not the actual age of the person!!!

THIS part seems to be more than a little bit true! lol My daughters are constantly amazed at how “Mom Knows” stuff.
