You put your child in daycare. Try to find the best people with the best reputation.
Then you hear stories like we are reporting tonight.
A two year old left in a hot van, while a daycare took children to the movies. So how often do parents worry about this kind of situation?
Have you ever had any problems at your daycare?

my friend put her kids in a in home daycare and the worker blame her for things she didn’t do and now she is having problems getting them back but dss found out the working was lying so dss took them out of her care too . i think you need to check them out good and find one that is register with dss
When a parent put their child or children in daycare they leave the adults in charge over their kids and expect their children to be taken care of its the adults duty to watch and care for our little ones and it was neglect on their parts because instead of an honest woman who cared for the well being of this precious little girl who didnt know any better a preditor or serial killer or anyone who is not in their right mind could have come by and seen a opportunity and anything could have happened so yes charges should be filed and those who were in charge should go back through training because if it were my child i would go to the fullest extent to have them punished why do we pay them if they are not going to look out for our children?
Was this a child who was old enough to go to the movies? If not, why was the child on the bus? Was the driver the ONLY adult seeing after the children? Why didn’t the driver or other adults double check to see if ALL the children had gotten off the bus. And why isn’t the owner reprimanding the worker who was in charge of the child? TOO MANY UNANSWERED QUESTIONS!! Our childrens’ daycare workers DOUBLE CHECK each and every time those children are taken anywhere and returned to see if they are all off of the bus.
WARNING TO PARENTS!! This happens, even in the best of daycares. When I had my 1st child, I quit my career of many years to work at daycare with him. I was placed in an infant room with 14 babies (against the law.) You would not believe what went on at this daycare that was supposed to be church ran (it was at a church) and had a very high rating. The workers were told to discipline the children by doing undetectable things to them such as biting them on the creases of their fingers and things like that. The closer for me was when I saw the director dragging my son down the hall because he was crying during nap time. DSS was alerted but apparently they did not do their job - this lady is still director and the daycare is still open. And I will tell you this happens EVERYWHERE!! Parents, what is more important - your child or your job that buys you the extras? If you are in a 2 income family, please cut back so that you can stay home with your child (especially you little ones.) Things aren’t worth the safety of my child - and it shouldn’t be worth your child’s safety, either! And besides, why have a child if someone else is going to raise it for 8 - 10 hours a day?
I myself have worked in a daycare/preschool setting several times with several ones. One of them was alot better than the other though. The director was ALWAYS on her toes to make the childres were getting the BEST supervision EVER!!! ALWAYS do a head count!!!! Coming & Going!!!!
You as a parent can always POP in and just check things out, see how many teachers are to a room and how many children are in there.
Not ALL of them are bad, if you do a good enough investigation on them, you’ll be happy! Some parents do enjoy the daycares/preschools that there kids are in.
