Did the rain bring back some familiar sounds and experiences for you too?

Sometimes, you don’t realize you miss certain sounds and experiences, until they hit you again.
Since we’re in the middle of a pretty bad drought, it’s been a long time since I could do something like this….
I can’t remember the last time I was able to turn on my windshield wipers and drive. What about you?
Wanted to share this with you, since I am sure most of you were sound asleep when I was driving home in this after last nights 11pm news.
So glad so many of us got some rain. It may not be enough to solve our water problems. But it’s a start.
So how much rain did you get? Hope it was alot!

It was nice. Had a choice to walk or ride this morning & chose to walk in the rain. Good to see the change.

Now I will have to cut my grass today!
I know we need it, but I HATE RAIN!!! My best friend is a high pressure drought.
My kids are loving it, though!
As soon as they woke up this morning they put on their rain gear and ran outside to play in the puddles!
The cooler temps this morning were nice. My children came in from playing and put on sweatshirts and jackets…
