Extreme Eating

15 hundred calories in a piece of cheesecake.  Pasta and broccoli that packs 2 thousand pounds. Depending on where you eat, what may look relatively healthy, or even a one time treat can turn into your calorie count for the day!  Do you pay attention to calories when you eat out?  Do you check for the best calorie and fat gram choices?  Sound off here in the Blogspot.
