Gangs. Mauldin police aren’t in denial. Its one of the first law enforcement groups to tackle the growing problem head on. Now the Greenville County school district is starting to pay closer attention. Will other communities be next? Is the problem widespread? Creating awareness on the community level is what prevented its spread.
