GOTTA LOVE A MAKEOVER…

Let’s see makeover highlights…
Jessica was first up… not too dramatic just a little polish, no biggie really
Sandra… of course her ego would never allow her to think she was anything less than stunning but the verdict is still out on the platinum blonde… at least I’m not getting anymore Conan the Barbarian flashbacks, or did she remind anyone else of Grace Jones?
Allison - boy that was a winner… from japananime to little bo peep
Fo - you know I hate to see it… the short hair. It’s one of those
where you look at the before and after pics and think I liked the way she looked before…
but yet she seemed to be able to pull it off… until the crying began.
Oh girl suck it up… boo hoo at the salon… boo hoo with a scarf…
boo hoo with at the shoot… you’re losing points with me sister.
Celia cried too… but at least she rallied… and I give her cred for rollin with in by the end.
Aminat - I LIKED THE AFRO!!!!!! So I was sad about her makeover
Kortney - LOVE THE RED
London - Wow… short blonde and sassy! it’s make overs like that…
that make a girl wanna run out and do something crazy herself!
And the Hissy Fit award goes to… (we know there’s always gotta be
one) Natalie the haircut psyche… with the no make-over… makeover?
As far as Teyona Nijah and Tahlia’s makeover’s went… lame, lame and lame – although Tahlia’s blonde weave started to grow on me as the show went on
So who has the top makeover…? I’m fighting it out in my mind
between London with her new blonde pixie and Cortney with her new red
do… feel free to disagree.
I’m also giving the top model make-under to aminat… sniff sniff… I
still liked the afro!
The challenge wasn’t all that interesting to me this week… other than
the fact that New York City doesn’t have a Wal-Mart. Guess I never
thought about it before but it seems a shame to deprive the folks of
NYC of discount goods.
ANYWAY, moving on to the shoot… it was awful… Really Top Model fans can you remember a more pathetic shoot?
The girls were not good… the only shining light was that Nigel Barker was shooting… but mostly because he’s hot… because he was not interested in the shoot either!
So drama ensues… no one has light in their eyes… blah, blah, blah and Fo is crying… again… and that takes us to panel.
Still lovin’ London… and little bo peep Allison is starting to grow on me… at least this week I agreed with the judges and thought her photo was good.
Oh poor Fo, hope she doesn’t let her chopped hair put her back on the
chopping block next week…
and when it’s all said and done Jessica gets the axe… sorry mommy
By the way, rumor mill has it.. that Jessica said the “find your light” shoot was really hard… she wasn’t used to having to light herself and although Nigel was helping to coach she was used to more direction on set… plus one thing the camera didn’t play up… Celia was a lot more upset about her hair than the camera showed… but in one interview with Jessica… she said Celia did get over it pretty quickly and decided that they cut her hair for a reason so why not rock it.
