Litterbugs may have to clean up!

What should be done about the litter problem. At least one lawmaker thinks making the litter bugs pick up trash instead of pay a fine, might do the trick. What do you think? Leave your comments and watch your CW News at Ten.

How about pick up the litter AND pay a fine? Stop people throwing cigarette butts out the window too.

I was hopeing you were also considering the yards that are full of junk. All the neighbors in my area keep their yards cleaned up but one man has an old pontoon boat, tables, etc in his yard. It looks like a junk yard. What can his neighbors do??????
Paying the fine & picking up the trash works for me, too, although this IS starting to sound a little like Alice’s Restaurant. (“I cannot tell a lie. I found that pile of trash and put my envelope under it.”)
