Meth Lab Explodes - do you ever worry about that danger near you?

A meth lab in a home explodes. A man is severely burned. Later a woman shows up at a hospital burned. The house is virtually gone. Last night there were fears that a mobile meth lab had exploded in Anderson… turned out to be kids who were huffing, that smoked and blew up a car.
And officers tell us meth lab busts are back on the rise in Greenville County and other parts of the upstate.
Neighbors said they thought something might be going on at the place. But they never anticipated just how explosive a problem it might be.
So do you worry one day a meth lab near you will blow up? Do you see suspicious things near you that make you worry? Vote in our Blogpoll below.

Yes...it is unfortunate that explosions aren’t private events only affecting the people manufacturing meth, but the reality of the situation is that they aren’t.
I think it is outrageous what these people are doing in our neighborhoods. Do they not realize that children live in these neighborhoods and they are risking their lives as well as their own?
Not just our children live in their neighborhoods -they have children in these homes as well. It doesn’t help matters that, just the other day, thye had a show on Discovery showing how to make the stuff....Thank God I do not live in a neighborhood!
Yes I worry all the time because people don’t care what happens to their neighbors and not really theirselves. Do we really think the people running these labs care about anything but their next fix and the money the lab will bring them? Nope. We all should be worried because we never know what our neighbor is doing and we really don’t know anybody. The people you think you know the best may surprise you.
