The driver who hit and killed a man in a wheelchair, was cited by Greenville police for driving on a sidewalk today. But there are no other charges, at least not yet.
John Holtzclaw, was on the sidewalk in his electric wheel chair, when he was hit by the tractor trailer truck. The driver told police he didn’t see him.
Tonight the 13th Circuit Solicitor told the Greenville News, he’s not done reviewing the case and he’ll let police know next week if he plans to file any charges.
