OOPS! He did it again!! This ad couldn’t be more true. The ad is depicting the truth. Obama is not running for president, he is running for Mr. America and the media is eating him up. Although I do not like McCain either, at least he is running for president and not trying to be pretty boy or Mr. Popular.
HILLARIOUS!
Well, it wasn’t bad at all. In fact, I get the message. Just because someone is popular doesn’t mean they are smart. They have to be able to DO the job. My thought is that is I needed to hire someone for a job and I could get the guy with 23 years experience for the same amount of money as the one with 3 years experience, I would not hesitate on which one I would choose. It is a no brainer.
First of all, some people are just naturally attractive. That doesn’t mean they’re trying to be a “pretty boy.” Are you seriously suggesting that we should assume that because people are attractive they are unintelligent or incapable of leading? That’s what it sounds like to me. I take voting very seriously. I’m voting for Obama because I listen to him, and I like his ideas. I have respected John McCain since I was a child. I grew up on his autobiography from before he ever ran for office the first time. I am making a choice between someone I have respected all my life and someone I hadn’t heard of 5 years ago. That choice wasn’t made based on who I’d rather look at. You aren’t just insulting Obama’s intelligence. You’re insulting mine. If you have a legitimate complaint, please feel free to mention it, but don’t dare explain to us all that attractive people aren’t smart and then say in the next breath that WE are making a superficial decision. That’s nonsense.
I am calling it as I see it. We are all entitled to our opinions and free speech. I did not say that Obama was not intellegent - I was saying, as the commercial suggested, that all he is trying to do is appeal to people’s “rock star” fantasies instead of running for president. All I have heard him say is “change, change, change.” Wait, maybe he is not intellegent. We have all heard his change therory, but what in the world is he planning to change…hmm..OH and by he way, I NEVER SAID THAT HE IS ATTRACTIVE, EITHER!!! I am not getting into a personal assault against him..but he would be no where near the top or bottom, for that matter, of my “attractive” list. He is no more attractive than McCain to me. BUT who cares what the next president looks like??? American’s are too hyped up on beauty and fame anymore. Obama is not near experienced enough to be president and America is about to find out what a big mistake they are making by electing him!! HOLD ON AMERICA - WE ARE IN FOR THE RIDE OF OUR LIVES!!!
Mike Huckabee said in best in his latest email forum when he said:
“Someone asked me recently to describe Barack Obama’s Agenda. The question caught me off guard, because if you think about it, he’s been running as the “change candidate” and yet no one I know understands what change he is aiming for. His Agenda remains shrouded in mystery. For instance, gasoline prices are at historic highs and yet he hasn’t articulated a plan of action to help American families.
What we do know about Barack Obama’s agenda, is that he favors higher taxes, supports abortion, believes the federal government should be bigger and has embraced a foreign policy that would make Jane Fonda proud. We also know he was rated by National Journal as the most liberal Senator because of his voting record. According to their ranking, even Bernie Sanders, Vermont’s Socialist Senator, isn’t as liberal as Barack Obama. No kidding.
So if the thought of President Obama working with a Democrat Senate and House makes you nervous, I urge you to take action now to keep this from becoming a reality in November.”
