Top Model Takes it to the Streets

Edie is going to write a great blog today. Because Edie is fierce. I mean, it’s all about Edie. Edie is the best blogger there is and Edie is going to show all these other bloggers that Edie is in it to win it.
See how annoying it is when somebody talks in the third person? Dominique just wore me out this week. I’ve liked her from the beginning but she’s losing me big time with saying her own name every two seconds and putting herself up on a pedestal. Plus, it seems that almost everybody in the house doesn’t like her. (And her calling Whitney white trash last week was low, even if Whitney was criticizing her first.) I don’t know how I feel about Dominique now. The magic is almost gone. I really don’t know what her basis was for calling Whitney racist either. I’ve heard Whitney say harsh things to and about her, but I’ve never heard her say anything racist. (The only thing I’ve seen from her is when she kind of laughed at Allison’s racist remark a couple of weeks ago.) Anyway, aside from that, Dominique IS improving in the competition and her last couple of photos have been awesome.
Anybody else ever not heard of supermodel Vendela? Just checking.
Fatima had a pretty good week this week - her practice seems to be paying off. I didn’t like her criticizing Marvita the way she did - the way I saw it, Marvita was just having fun. I think sometimes Fatima just doesn’t know how to relate to people the right way. I know I keep making excuses for her but I feel like she’s my little sister for some reason and I have to take up for her. Maybe I just feel sorry for her. Anyway, she is so super skinny - maybe should buy little sis a Big Mac combo or two...or ten. And teach her how to shave her armpits, apparently. I mean, who wouldn’t shave just before a photo shoot? Fatima, honey!
I’m really starting to pull for Claire, too. She seems to avoid the drama for the most part, except when she’s trying to be the voice of reason. I really didn’t understand Whitney criticizing her for her posing. I guess she was just jealous because Claire won the posing challenge. Jealousy is so unbecoming of young ladies.
I really felt bad for Marvita because she had grown on me. I would almost have rather seen Whitney go, but I pretty much knew Marvita was doomed because she got the “going home this week” spotlight from the editors. Next week, there’s apparently a gang up on Dominique. Dominique, Dominique, Dominique. (Okay, now I sound like her.)

I am really enjoying reading these.
I just loves this show...yet I think the winner will surpise us all...I like the one..cant remeber name,,,the one with long blonde hair...She has grown on me…

She is definitely one of the better plus-sized models they’ve had on the show - the best since Tocarra of Cycle 3 for sure. I liked her hair better dark, but she is very beautiful.
Great blog Edie! It’s nice to see someone creative and writing with passion about a really good show.
