Water Woes SJWD Bans watering

Need to vent about the need to conserve water. Now SJWD is mandating no watering lawns, washing cars or filling pools. 500 dollar fines await violators. So do you need to vent? Are you going to get sick of looking at brown grass and empty pools. This is your spot to vent!

I think it is crazy for the 500 dollar fines because I have animals outside and they need to be cooled down. I water the lawn and let them run through the water to cool off am I gonna get a fine for this? Is it not animal cruelty to let a animal suffer the heat I can get a fine for that also. What do I do in instances like that?
Bring your pets inside where it’s more comfortable. I suppose you could shave them, too.
