Honoring the Serial Killer Victims

Abby Tyler, just 15 when she died, would have turned 16 today.

The In Loving Memory of Abby Tyler page on Facebook is full of birthday wishes for the serial killer’s youngest victim.

Now the friend who started that campaign, is getting ready to sell Ribbons at the Gaffney Parade.  The proceeds will reportedly go to the victims families.
