If you aren’t on Twitter, you won’t get it.  If you are.  It still take a while to understand it. 

So Letterman the non tweeting late night host, decided to ask one of acting’s biggest tweeps (a person who twitters) to explain it.

Suffice it to say Letterman still doesn’t get it.
