Zero Tolerance in School - where do you stand?

A boy in Delaware was so excited about becoming a cub scout that he made a move that’s left him sentenced to reform school for 45 days. His parents blame inflexible zero tolerance policies.  And they say their son is NOT alone.

The 6 year old brought one of these eating utensil tools to school.  And the knife part of it, qualifies as a weapon.
