Transparency -  We need 20/20 vision into state and local government spending

The Comptroller General of SC, Richard Eckstrom is calling for new openness about the way South Carolina spends your money and city and local governments too.

Publish the spending and budgeting for South Carolina.  And he’s calling for the local governments to do the same. 

I’m all for it.  How about you?
