Losing It - Getting started

I’ve tried a lot of things with little result, trying to lose weight.  A good friend, Geoff Wasserman, with Showcase Marketing, knew I wanted to shape up.  And he was bold and brave enough to be a good friend and dare to tell me about someone who could help.  It’s not the easiest conversation to have with a lady, after all.  And am so thankful he told me about Shawn Kephart.

Shawn is a total package trainer.  He’s tough in the gym. But smart.  And careful.  He is very good about my weak spots:  lower back, rotator cuff and my over all wimp status (It’s getting better!!!). 

But first of all he tackled my nutrition.  He has meal plan that compliments the exercise.  And it’s really the most critical element of breaking my cycle.  I’d become a fat storing machine.  And I was sick of it.  I’ve had incredible results in 4 weeks.  14 lbs and 17 inches lost! (And I have NO intention of finding them!)

A lot of you have asked about the meal plan - which involves four meals in controlled portions that are low fat, and sugar and sodium free.  There is a free seminar this Wednesday January 13th 6pm at the Imagine Center.
