YOUR QUESTIONS where to park at Artisphere

I’ve heard from some of you on Facebook about Greenville’s 3 day arts festival - Artisphere. You want to go, but dread parking. 

No sooner did I post info about the festival on my Facebook wall, then this post popped up:

Greenville always has the best festivals and events. I just wish they were easier to attend, parking is a nightmare!!

I’m answering YOUR QUESTIONS with some options.

Here is a map of the way the Artisphere event is laid out downtown.

The city of Greenville has a page where you can search for parking near the location you are going to, or by address.

And if you agree with Joel and Jennifer who comment parking is tough to find, join the conversation below.

The city says there is plenty of parking in the garages.  Do you agree?  Disagree? Are you not willing to pay to park?  Tell me more.  You can use your Facebook and Twitter logins to comment.

You know Amy, we were talking about this the other day… Greenville and the downtown area are growing at such a fast pace and it’s good to see that, but with new businesses, hotels, restaurants, condos, etc. going up, parking is becoming a big problem.

Agreed Joel!! There is NOT enough parking downtown especially on weekends when it is really nice and everybody is downtown…..My husband and I drive around forever looking for a place to park….
